About us

 My name is Regina Smith I live in Arlington, Texas. I am the proud spouse of a disabled Veteran. 

 I took a leap of faith and left corporate America to provide rehabilitative care for my husband who has had a heart attack and four strokes. While doing that, I rediscovered my passion for cooking delicious; southern comfort; healthy meals, and desserts. It's natural for me to show my love of people through my cooking. This passion has become the official Mama Gina's!
